You have 30 days from the date the bonus is credited to complete the rollover. Bonuses that are unused or whose rollover is not completed within this period are automatically cancelled, with no impact on your real-money balance.
The weekly 10% cashback on net losses is calculated every Monday for users enrolled in the Pro Plan. The calculation is based on: total deposited during the week minus total withdrawn during the week — if the result is negative (the user lost), 10% of that amount is credited as bonus balance with a 5x rollover. Cashback is credited automatically by 12:00 PM on Monday, with no request required.

All bets at 6rrr are subject to acceptance by the platform's systems. A bet is considered confirmed only once a confirmation receipt is generated on screen. Bets in progress cannot be cancelled by the user after confirmation — except where the cash-out feature is available for that market.
In the event of a manifest error in odds publication — such as odds clearly inconsistent with the market due to a technical fault — 6rrr reserves the right to cancel bets placed at those incorrect odds and refund the staked amount. The user will be notified by email or push notification.
If a sporting event is cancelled before it begins, all bets are voided and stakes are returned to the user's balance. If an event is postponed, bets remain valid for up to 48 hours. If no new date is confirmed within that window, the bet is cancelled and the stake refunded. Markets that were already settled before any interruption are paid out as normal.
For Brasileirão Série A, Copa do Brasil, and Libertadores, 6rrr uses the score at the end of regular time (90 minutes plus stoppage time added by the referee) as the official result, except where explicitly stated otherwise (such as markets labelled "Including Extra Time"). Goals scored in extra time and penalty shootouts do not count for regular-time markets.
For CS2, League of Legends, Valorant, and Free Fire, results are determined based on the official tournament broadcasts. In the event of a discrepancy between the on-screen score and the official result, the result published by the event organizer prevails.
